(1) Avoid touching the specimen collection swab head with your hands. Rinse your mouth with clean water before collection.

(2) The samples collected by the above method can be stored in a dry environment for 2-3 months.

(3) The oral swab shall be dried in the shade and put into a paper envelope to avoid mildew of the oral swab and affect the detection. Oral swabs of different people need to be stored separately and marked with identity.
