Container Loading for Disposable Syringes

1. Contract to Completion Timeline

• From signing the contract to completing the syringe production: approximately 20 days.

• Syringes can be provided with or without needles, according to the client's request, and can be made under OEM specifications.

2. Warehouse Storage and Shipping

• Once the syringe products are finished, they are kept in our warehouse.

• About seven days after completion, the syringes are loaded for shipping by sea or air, depending on the client's request.

3. Loading Process and Quality Assurance

• When the container arrives at our factory for loading, we ensure all disposable syringes are perfectly arranged within their respective cartons.

• We maintain the integrity of the order until it leaves our factory, ensuring the goods arrive at their destination in complete, undamaged cartons. This includes:

  • Ensuring the outer carton is neither broken nor wet.

  • Confirming the goods inside are undamaged.

• We recommend sending full containers rather than LCL containers to maintain the quality of the goods.

4. Shipment Details

• Today, a total of 7x40HQ containers will be shipped.

• These containers contain medical syringes for different clients in various countries.

• Many of these clients are long-term partners, with whom we have been cooperating for over ten years. We also have new clients who have provided very positive feedback on our disposable syringes, especially praising our packaging and service.

5. Carton Design

• Our cartons are designed to be robust and durable, ensuring the safety of the disposable syringes during  transportation.They are made of 5-layer corrugated cowhide and equipped with three nylon straps for easy handling.
